KUNDALINI YOGA
I discovered Kundalini yoga, completely by chance almost by mistake. At the beginning of the first class I was really skeptical and a little confused by the mantras chanted in Gurmukhi, like magic incantations. But at the end of this first lesson, I was literally transported, it was an illumination: I really felt a new energy filling my body and my spirit. The kriya (sequence of postures) allowed me to feel the energy in the movement, the pranayama (breaths) helped me calm my mind and the mantras lifted me above my thoughts, finally mastering a form of meditation that suited me. CLASS THURSDAYS 7.15 PM

What's happening during the lesson?
We begin with a short welcoming mantra. We continue, on a musical background, with a series of warm-up exercises: these are traditionally flexions of the spine or sometimes salutations to the sun or more simply a breathing exercise (pranayama).
We then do a Kryia, which is a series of exercises that responds to a particular purpose according to the title of the series (strengthening of the aura, resistance to disease, opening of the respiratory channels,...).
This is followed by relaxation (Shavasana) accompanied by a Tibetan gong or other music. The final meditation can be accompanied by a mantra or a breath.ti

CHAKRA FIT
The Kunda dance is an alignment of the chakras through a conscious but very playful dance invented by Maya Fiennes, world famous in the world of kundalini yoga and whom I admire and particularly like. I was inspired to create CHAKRA FIT which is a mixture of kundalini yoga, cardio exercises and Asian meditation in movement in order to connect to our vital energy. Once a month, according to program
